The below section is the agreement between you and Value First Finance and its affiliates. It is included here for your convenience.

I am providing explicit written consent for Value First Finance to share my information with its affiliates, partners, including, but not limited to, mortgage lenders and brokers, insurance companies, insurance agents and brokers, and other providers of consumer financial products, and for those partners, Value First Finance, and other authorized third parties to contact me with marketing and other messages at the telephone number I have provided above, including contact through automatic dialling systems, artificial or pre-recorded voice messaging, and SMS/MMS (charges may apply), even if my telephone number is listed on a Federal, State, or other jurisdiction Do-Not-Call list.

I understand and agree that using the services of Value First Finance, standard call and message charges will apply.

I understand that my consent is not required as a condition to using Value First Finance services.

I also certify that the number that I have provided above is my own phone number and it is my registered mobile number.

You may revoke your consent at any time.

Your consent to telemarketing calls and texts may be revoked by following any of the opt-out methods described below, or by any other method that ensures We receive the revocation.

You may revoke your consent to receive marketing phone calls (calls other than to verify or service your account or collect any amounts you may owe), by contacting us through the methods available on this website.

Lending Disclosure

valuefirstfinance.com ("the Site," "we," "us") is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We operate solely as an advertising and referral service: information you submit is shared with third-party lenders, lending networks, and financial service providers ("Providers") who may, at their sole discretion, extend an offer. We do not guarantee that any Provider will contact you or extend an offer. Short-term loan products referenced through the Site are intended for temporary financial needs, not as a long-term financial solution. Annual Percentage Rates on such products vary by Provider, applicant creditworthiness, and state of residence, and may reach up to 195%. Credit Reporting Disclosure

The Site does not perform credit checks or obtain credit reports. By submitting a request, you provide written consent, as required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, for Providers and their affiliates to obtain your credit report, credit score, and related consumer data from Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, and/or alternative data sources, for purposes of eligibility, verification, and offer matching. Late or missed payments on any loan may be reported to credit bureaus and may negatively affect your credit score.

No Guarantee of Match or Approval

Submission of a request does not guarantee that you will be matched with a Provider, approved for any product, or offered terms you find acceptable. Eligibility varies by Provider and state of residence. The Site does not list every Provider available in the marketplace, and you are encouraged to independently review and compare any offer received.
